back from the hospital

We are back from the hospital it was tough. I was tried could have slept a few more hours, but I got up got dressed got the car packed and Zackariah dressed and ready to go. He slept in which made the no eating or drinking easier. We got there got admitted and had to wait for a room. Once we were in our room a series of doctors nurses and specialist came to talk to us. Explaining exactly what was going to do what could go wrong ect I was pretty scared. They took vidals and blood and finally came in and gave him some meds to relax him. He loved it was so harry I would just look at him and he would starting laughing out of no where. I walked back with him and kissed him good bye (very hard to do) then We went to get some lunch while we waited. the food there was horrible !! we finished eating went into the gift shop bought him a t-shirt then sat down and waited. I felt like forever. I mean we ate lunch went shopping and were still waiting every time the door would open I jump and they were calling everyone name, but Zackariah I was beginning to worry if something went wrong but they finally called him. We went back he was still asleep we sat by him for a few minutes and I moved him blanket to look at his arms and he open his eyes and I was the first person he saw. He looked a little out of it like Where are we ? What is going on ? He woke up with a bit of a cough due to the scope and also that he is a RSV baby they gave him a breathing treatment and he was feeling much better. I was about to nurse him and they had a room ready for him. So we went upstairs I nursed him and then he feel back asleep. The rest of the evening we just held him while he slept. He played in the bed a bit. WE had more doctors and all come to talk to us and look at him and see how it was going he had his arms wrapped up so he wouldn't pull his PH tube out. He night time was hard .... He didn't sleep he was up about every hour nothing we did would settle him and he usually sleeps all night and when we did get him to sleep they would wake him for Vidals. poor baby couldn't suck his fingers he had a hard time breathing he hardly wanted to eat anything and when he was eating he had a hard time breathing he even got a little bit of a temp, but by morning it was all gone. Today we saw more doctors. I gave him a bath which seemed to make him feel better. He managed to pull the PH tube out of his nose 2 times which finally gave us and early release. Once we got home him and I slept like there was no tomorrow, but now he up and acting more like his old self we are so glad to be home, by 3am I was crying i wanted to go home now. We will find out the results on Friday

It is a very scary thing to go through. All those doc's telling you what is and what can happen. I remember them giving Kaeleb the meds and him getting loopy.... I actually cried. Just from being scared. And then when they took him....HOLY CRAP! I'm glad that this is over with. Poor little guy. I know that thing's are going to be just fine. Awwwwwwwwwww poor baby ((((((((ZACK)))))))) he has been thru so much in his short little life. He is blessed to have a wonderful mommy to take great care of him, Im glad he is feeling alot better keep me posted with teh results. XOXO
